全**如对以上处理决定有异议，可以在本处理决定送达之日起十日内，向清华大学学生申诉处理委员会提出书面申诉。

In view of the above facts, according to Subparagraph 4 of Article 32 of Regulations on Postgraduate Student Status Management of Tsinghua University, JEON** will be withdrawn from the University.
If there are any objections, JEON** may appeal to the Student Appeal Committee of Tsinghua University within 10 days of the receipt of this notice.
